A remix of the song "Tribute" in 1996 was the actual beginning of the music project around DJ Sunrise. At the beginning co-productions and remixes of different artists and music projects were planned: et alii Dance Now Project (1997-1998), Magic Dreams (1998), The Danceworkers (2000), Marcel de Van (since 2004). In early summer 2006 DJ Sunrise started his newest music project in two variations. First, the own music production and mixing of his own songs as well as further remix works of other artists. On the other hand there was something completely different: A radio show which can be heard via internet radio every week since 2006. 2008 DJ Sunrise released his Songs in South Europe over sunrisemusic at BCO/UNI. In the middle of 2009 different Radio Station in Europe include in their Program the Radio Show presented by DJ Sunrise. In the End of 2009 DJ Sunrise produce with different Radiostations another show - a international Radioshow in 8 countrys - in 6 languages - with 6 different Radio presenter.

2010 DJ Sunrise signs a recording contract with DL Media (Distributor: Zebralution) for digital distribution and the Track "Tahe Bass" (Out: 30.04.2010) is the first of DJ Sunrise, which was released worldwide.
